Cambridgeshire County Council supports people aged 18 to 75 who are living with a physical disability. This includes adults with an acquired brain injury which affects physical functioning. They also support disabled parents.
Peterborough City Council supports people aged 18 to 75 who are living with a physical disability.

YOUnited offers support to children and young people aged 5 to 17 with their emotional wellbeing and mental health.

Centre 33 offers confidential support to young people aged 13-25 with their mental health, housing, sexual health and more.
Centre 33 Guided Self Help for 13-25 year olds. Guided self-help involves using self-help materials based on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to learn techniques to help manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias and stress with the help of a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.
Young Minds website offers information and advice to young people about mental health and emotional wellbeing. It also offers information and advice to parents
Kooth is an online mental wellbeing community for young people. Access free, safe and anonymous.
Shout 85258 is the UK's first 24/7 text service for anyone in crisis. Get free, confidential mental health support anytime, anywhere.
Nessie - Supporting the positive mental health of children and young people. They do this three ways: 1-1 and group arts therapies for children and young people, training and supervision of professionals in educational settings, training forums and support to parents and carers.

Call 111 and select the mental health option for the First Response Service - a 24-hour service for people in a mental health crisis. This service is for anyone, of any age, who is registered with a GP in Cambridgeshire or Peterborough. Specially-trained mental health staff will speak to you and discuss with you your mental health care needs – instead of you having to go to accident and emergency departments of local acute hospitals.
Young People’s Counselling Service (YPCS) is a registered charity providing a free and confidential service that can be accessed by young people living in Peterborough, Fenland and Huntingdonshire aged between 11 and 18 years old in emotional difficulty.

Change Grow Live are a national health and social care charity. They help adults with challenges including drugs and alcohol, housing, justice, health and wellbeing.
There are two different providers who support young people impacted by a loved ones drug and/or alcohol misuse. You will find those below.
Nacoa UK helps everyone affected by a parent's drinking. 1 in 5 people in the UK are affected by their parent's drinking.
Adfam - Drug & alcohol use can threaten and ultimately destroy family relationships and wellbeing. We empower family members and carers, support frontline workers and influence decision-makers to stop this happening.

The Elephant's Tea Party is a free initiative for schools that raises the topics of death and grief in a sensitive and age-appropriate way.
Child Bereavement UK helps families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies.

The Cambridgeshire-based Care Network help people with practical support in order to stay independent and connected with the community.
Family Voice are actively seeking to improve services in all areas of the lives of children and young people with disabilities or additional needs. They are there for Parents and Carers of children and young people aged 0—25 years with a disability or additional needs.

The YMCA Trinity Family Respect project is part of a larger domestic abuse programme across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire which is being funded by the Home Office. The programme in its entirety has three strands which focus on: stalking and harassment, healthy relationships, and child to parent abuse.
